The past 4 days, I’ve been seeing all of these great concerts in Portland. Today is the last day… I don’t know how my ears can take it! The ringing wont stop! But that’s part of the experience, right? The 4-day wrist band was 60$ but my friend Seth and I got ours $20 cheaper, so we’re all giggly about that! Lol. There hasn’t been much moshing… The people attending have been farely calm. Though last night, when we went to see The Get Up Kids there was some crowd surfing And i got a couple elbows to the temple AND I even lost my shoe! Thank goodness the band was punk and not HEAVY DEATH METAL cuz… I don’t think I would’ve found my shoe then! And it made it a little more fun cuz we went with this really cool girl from Salem named Lauren. She showed us this sweet little restaurant called the Roxy… apparently, they make the best french toast in Portland! [ I thought they were alright ] I don’t remember the last time I had french toast at 1 in the morning haha!
So anyhow, today’s show is going to be played by the pretty wicked cool “Modest Mouse”! It’s going to be sweet… playing at the Crystal Ball Room, which is such a gorgeous theater! Wish me good fortune to not get killed tonight Oh and you guys should check out this song by Modest Mouse right here -> Modest Mouse – Float On
Hey all! Apologies for my absence in the updating of my blog… Life has been interestingly busy enough to keep my mind and myself busy to where I honestly found no interest in updating this blog… Though, returning to it had made me miss it. So I had figured, the last post I created was posted about 4 months ago! So, what has my life been like in the past 120 days? Hmm… I guess the most eventful thing that has occurred is, of course, my graduating of high school (though at this point I’ve been out for about 3 months now)! But, I still look at it with a grin. So, here’s to, my accomplishment in completing my high-school education, my future, and many good decisions and events to come!
Special thanks to my immediate family, Andres Rivera, Patrick and Roselin Gallamore, and the Amae family for being part of that exciting time
Thom Yorke’s solo album in 2006. It’s electronic based with vocals by him (the lead vocalist of Radiohead), possibly more interesting if you can’t stand Radiohead. I love this album
Let’s get specific here… This one might be a tad dfficult. I’ll start the comments. I hope to hear some good track listings here Another continuation of my music poll…
I’ve been hearing about this twitter.com and it sounded interesting. I created myself one and its just another something to keep you busy lol! I think it’s pretty cool, I recommend it. Go ahead and check out my twitter by copying and pasting this link below!
After about a month of reading some of people’s favorite music, I thought it would be quite interesting to hear just the opposite. So, leave a comment on this post regarding the worst band, and why they suck so bad! Have fun, I’ll start the comments again. ^_^
I’m not satisfied with what I have been producing. So I’m going to take it slow and not rush. I will post updates when new pieces are written. But I am not sure how long it will take, possibly months at a time, if not more. Thank you for your comments earlier. And thanks for visiting my blog!
As a matter of fact, it never crossed my mind that I could post videos on here. So, I created a new page for it. One thing though, as of right now, I will only be posting youtube videos; just to hold you over until I figure a way to make some of my own. Visit the new “Videos” page on the right. Enjoy, if you can.
